I don't know what it is about life. It's rhythms. It's ways.
But sometimes I think we need to go away in order to come back.
Not necessarily physically but a part of us needs to go away.
Maybe like a bear that has to hibernate each year. I'm not sure what it is about bears that they have to go away, but they do. And I imagine after a much needed long rest from their adventures, excitement, and woes of the forrest, they reemerge just as strong and fierce as ever. Perhaps even more so.
So I went away and...
ROAAAAAAARRRRR!!!!!!!!
This sista' bear is back. (smile)
It was good to go away. I needed it. And it wasn't just my blog and social media stuff that seemed to nestle asleep in a quiet cave. I think there was a part of me that went away for a bit. A part that felt stuck and just plain dormant.
I've heard that, you know. That sometimes when something becomes too important or just plain blocked, we often need to step totally away from it. Go live and play and work and immerse ourself in other things and ironically it is then that the thing that was so important, too important, suddenly becomes a lot more simple. Then, (and perhaps only then) we can return to it.
Released.
And able to really give.
Freely.
And so I'm back.
Hi, again.

Merry Christmas Susie.
Bears are very hungry and they are forced to go on a diet every winter. They go to sleep to avoid the pain of working on an empty stomach!
Love
Mum
Welcome back.
